Refund, Return Policy

## Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or results we committed, we're here to help. You have **30 calendar days** to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a 100% money back return, your item must be either unused or maximum 40 % used means you have to return us 60% of detergent and fabric conditioner. So you have of return intact 60 pouches if you purchase 100 pouches. As per our policy we sale minimum 100 pouches quantity. Return & Refund is applicable for our Rs 5 combo trial pouches which come in combo packing of liquid detergent + fabric conditioner. Return & Refund is applicable is not applicable on 1 litre bottle & its 50 ml fabric conditioner. So better first take trial from Rs 5 pouches. To avoid misuse of our 100 % money back policy, we will refund on your first order only or on very genuine reason.

## Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

## Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
